Issue Fixed:
1.The BIOS version string show one more character "r" in DirectX tool
2.V64:QS brightness bar will increase/decrease 2 levels if switch between F4/F5 key
3.DOS:dispaly will not auto switch to HDMI monitor when lid is closed
4.The value of C3 state always keep "0" under any powerplan with new CPU P6000.
5.GV-cycles can not run with new CPU P6000.
6.No Min. and Max. processor states with new CPU P6000.
7.P6000 CPU always running at high speed on any power plan.

Feature Changed:
1.Update EC to add modified IPCC algorithm.
2.Update Q + power button function and judgment for ME unlock.
3.Update thermal table for Tj90 CPU.
