磁盘整理Defraggler 2.05.315简体中文版

此次官方发布Defraggler 1.16版，具体版本号1.16.165，让大伙儿值得高兴的是，终于加入了对简体中文语言的支持，无需再等待汉化版本了，其实CCleaner和Recuva早已支持简体中文，对国内喜欢Defraggler的用户来说，这一天来的太迟了点。
