Fixed:
1. WWAN card can not found the devices when running Delldiag.
2. Fix PC-Restore will show Blue screen 0X1E.
3. System will delay long time When SATA controller is ATA mode.
4. SUT will appear BSOD from PXE boot when it plug 4G or more than 4G RAM.
5. POST needs about 50s when active computrace and set HDD password
6. Fix system show 'Operating system not found' when run cold/warm boot test.
7. When SUT boot to USB flash, it will show garbage for an instant.
8. SUT flash short white lines on left panel after POST screen.
9. Time delayed between two frames in delldiag Video test.
10.Some frames can't be displayed in Video Test of delldiag.
11.Turn on KB backlight when use TP.
12.Disable PPC function for turbo mode.
